What are your shipping rates?

We offer $4.95 flat rate shipping per order in the contiguous United States.

Shipping for Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico is $24.95, but we will happily refund the difference between the shipping amount paid and the actual postage amount upon request.

Do you ship outside of the U.S.?

We no longer offer international shipping.  We hope you'll consider using a mail forwarding service for future orders.

When will I receive my order?

Notepads, note cards, and labels are typically printed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

Place mats, mugs, blankets, and pillows are typically printed and shipped within 5 business days.

Plates and bowls are typically printed and shipped within 2-3 weeks.*

Please allow an additional 2-7 days for shipping for all items.

* PLEASE NOTE: Plates and bowls are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Production typically takes 2-3 weeks, but it can sometimes take significantly longer (for example, if the manufacturer experiences supply chain issues or staffing shortages). We are not able to guarantee a delivery date. Plate and bowl orders have rarely, but occasionally, taken as long as 2-3 months.

Can you rush my order?

We're only able to offer expedited production for notepads, note cards and labels. We can also offer expedited shipping (at cost) upon request for these items. Please contact us before placing your order and let us know what item(s) you're planning on ordering, when you need them by, and where they need to be shipped to. We'll let you know what rush options are available, if any.

Can I make changes to my order?

If you'd like to request a change to an order, please contact us ASAP. Orders are processed throughout the day, every day of the week. Once an item has gone into production, we can no longer make changes to it or cancel it.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Sales taxes are applied based on the location to which the order is being shipped. Orders being shipped to Illinois will include sales tax.

Can you send my purchase directly to a gift recipient?

Yes. Enter your address in the billing section and the gift recipient's address in the shipping section. If you'd like to include a message with your gift, please do so in the Additional Comments section during checkout. Pricing information is never included with any orders.

What is your return policy?

All of our products are custom designed, and we do not accept returns. Naturally, if there is an error on our part, we will promptly send a replacement that correctly reflects your order.


We have made every effort to accurately display our product colors on our website. However, please note that colors vary a bit due to the monitor they are viewed on.

What is your privacy policy?

The information received by sarah + abraham will be kept confidential. Your information will never be given or sold to a third party.


By visiting our site, you agree that you will not copy, print, download or otherwise reproduce any part of our products by any means. You agree that neither sarah + abraham nor its owners shall be liable for any direct, consequential or incidental damages arising out of any aspect of your order, including but not limited to products, printing or delivery. We do not warrant against late deliveries due to shipping delays, manufacturer backorders, or color variations. You agree to allow sarah + abraham to label the backside of note cards with our logo and website information.
